Great for vacations. Reasonably spacious bathroom with bathtubs. Vews of sea and prom.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Nice because they never disappoint. The staff once helped me with printing, which I appreciate. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Liked the bathroom, it was reasonably spacious. It was perfect and excellent to everything in Nice. Such very handy and good hosts who helped us a lot.

we received perfect greeting too. the location was prime approximately 10 minutes' stroll from plage poincare beach. philippe made everything for all of us.

Polite and helpful host, good refurbishment and equipment, available parking, breathtaking sea view, perfect location. Ideal for enjoying Cote d'Azur at a reasonable price.👍

The apartment at Le Grand Sud was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with stunning sea views. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the two extra beds dropping down in front of the door a bit inconvenient. However, some might still enjoy the flexibility they provide.

The apartment was perfect for our family! It had a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV where we could relax and spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver as we could cook our own meals. And the best part was the terrace with stunning sea views, where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a bathtub instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference!

The location was amazing being right by the sea, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive free ironing service during my stay.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, overlooking the sparkling sea. It was a great way to start and end each day of our city trip. The location was perfect, with all the attractions and sights just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, offering delicious meals. Another thing we loved was the owner's thoughtfulness in offering a pick-up from the airport, which made our arrival much easier.

That the apartment felt a bit cramped with a family. The single bed in the hallway made it a bit tricky to get to the bathroom at night.

I loved the fact that I didn't need to request hypoallergenic pillows beforehand!

The location of Le Grand Sud is fantastic as it is conveniently close to the L2 tramway, making it easy to explore the city. being situated on the busy promenade means that there are plenty of amenities nearby and the beach is just a stone's throw away. the rooms are well, maintained and modern, offering a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities are excellent, with walk, in showers and high, quality toiletries. the friendly and helpful hosts go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests.

It would be better if there were a few more spare pillows and lighter sheets provided, especially during the hot nights in early September.

Lovely beachfront apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal location along the Promenade des Anglais, just a few minutes walk from multiple beach clubs. Gracious and welcoming host who accommodated us for an early check-in. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

I recently stayed at Le Grand Sud for a short vacation. The view was breathtaking, right across from the beach. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. Philippe, the host, was welcoming and gave me great recommendations. The location was perfect, away from the busy area but still within walking distance to attractions. The tram stop was conveniently close for easy transportation. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return.
